platform for on- line legal queries and answers. LegalDigestOnline.com is owned and
operated by the Legal Digest & More, LLC (“Legal Digest”). The specific features and
functionality of the Site are to be determined solely by the Legal Digest and are subject to
change or termination without notice.
YOU AGREE THAT BY USING THIS SERVICE YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE
AND YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT.
This Agreement sets and contains all of the terms and conditions between a user of
LegalDigestOnline.com services (“you”, “user(s)” or “Customer”) and the Legal Digest.
As a user of the LegalDigestOnline.com, you are hereby agreeing to the terms and
conditions of these Terms and Conditions, you also are agreeing to the terms of the
Legal Digest Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement.
Definition of Service
LegalDigestOnline.com provides a platform where users can ask for answers to pertinent
legal questions. Legal Digest requires a $20 fee, which includes costs, for its online
services provided by Legal Digest attorneys. Only attorneys engaged by the Legal Digest
will be approved to answer legal questions. The Legal Digest encourages users to
independently verify the skills, degrees, qualifications, credentials and background of
those attorneys from whom he or she receives or contemplates to receive services.
Attorney Interaction
The advice or information provided by attorneys is provided for informational purposes
only and cannot and should not be considered a substitute for professional legal advice.
Users should not rely solely on information provided by attorneys on the site. Legal Digest
strongly recommends that a user seeking legal advice make an appointment for a
consultation in person with a respective attorney who practices in the area in which the
user has a legal issue.
Users should independently verify the qualifications, experience and credentials of any
attorney and the Legal Digest. Florida Bar Rule 4-7.2(d) requires that lawyers, who
practice in the state of Florida, inform persons that the hiring of a lawyer is an important
decision that should not be based solely on advertisements. Contact the lawyer for written
information of his/her experience.
Restrictions
LegalDigestOnline.com is owned and operated by the Legal Digest, LLC. The property of
LegalDigestOnline.com is protected, without limitation, pursuant to U.S. and foreign
copyright and trademark laws. No material from LegalDigestOnline.com may be copied,
reproduced republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed without the Legal
Digest, LLC’s written permission. Modification of the materials for any other purpose is a
violation of the LegalDigestOnline.com, copyright, trademark and trade secret rights and
others’ proprietary rights. For purposes of this agreement, use of any material on this web
site or network computer environment is prohibited.
